KUALA LUMPUR: The much-awaited Live And Loud KL 2007 concert series opened yesterday with a colourful oriental showcase themed Chinese All Stars. " l2 j6 U( g, \: p, h2 @
% p8 S4 j8 ?1 U8 \The concert, from 4pm to midnight, was held at the Bukit Kiara Equestrian Park in Bukit Kiara here. N# G! q- O( V4 Q* o) B

The free-standing 7,000-strong crowd was treated to performances by Malaysian, Hong Kong and Taiwanese Chinese pop stars such as Zhang Hui Mei, Fish Leong, Michael Wong, Victor Wong, Claire Kuo, Andrew Tan, Vincy Chan, Zhang Zhen Yue, Kenny Kwan, Thor Luk, Dominique Choy and Huang Qi Shan. * b& U1 ? p% A" ?2 P

Tickets to the concert, organised in conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year 2007, were priced at RM260 each. $ r. @0 W+ a3 A6 X
